By listing products on Product Index, you confirm that you own or are authorized to sell the listed products, that your product data is accurate and not misleading, that you comply with all applicable laws, and that you will not use the platform to facilitate fraud. Product Index may suspend or remove listings that breach these terms, receive verified complaints, or are deemed high risk.
